Genesis Metals is one of those juniors of which the properties have seen extensive historic exploration work in the past, with several historic resource estimates as a result, but those estimates were being scaled down rather drastically by an engineering firm, using NI43-101 compliant methods, with a conservative view on things. Nothing wrong with being conservative, certainly not in junior mining, but it could be that this firm has left something substantial on the table. Management, of which Chairman Rob McLeod and Executive Director Adrian Fleming know a thing or two about geology, is convinced they can do better, with the right modelling, drilling and other exploration work.
