Excelsior Mining shows why management has always been so confident on being granted two of the most difficult permits around: the APP and UIC permits for their ISR copper Gunnison project in Arizona, US. A few days ago they received the draft UIC permit from EPA, and this definitely is an important milestone for the company. Because of reasons I will elaborate on in my article, I believe Excelsior will be granted the final UIC permit in January or February 2018.
