Dear subscriber,
Here is a guest post by James Kwantes of Resource Opportunities about Genesis Metals. Nowadays, Genesis is drilling at the Main Zone of their Chevrier project, and finding interesting step out/vein high grade intercepts like 9.71 g/t Au over 3.65 m and 14.4 g/t Au over 2.2 m at around 200m depth. I view this as the second iteration of Chevrier, as the former management team tried to verify 2Moz of historic resources in vain, as the geology of those resources proved to be far more complex than anticipated. Now they are backed by no less than the Discovery Group, so financial backing and knowledge and experience is available in spades. If there is an economic deposit around and/or below the existing deposit, there is no doubt in my mind the new team will delineate it. Read more about it here:
